Is spraying the house with insecticide my responsobilities?
I have a rental home, and the house was sprayed with insecticide right after my tenants moved in. But they want it again sprayed because there are moths, black widows. and spiders around the house. In the lease contract it does not specify of spraying insecticide.
I think it is your job as a landlord, morally if not legally, to provide a clean, save house. Black widows and other biting spiders aren't safe. If the house was sprayed recently, it may be under warranty, or the company who did the work will do it again for just the cost of the materials, check your contract.
