Middleton Pest Control

We need help with our St Augustine lawn.?

Hi, we live in Orlando and in the past year our lawn has been suffering from weeds and foreign grass infestation.
Ever since we switched gardeners we've had small pockets of infestation of different grass species like Bermuda. We also employ Middleton pest control to fertilize our lawn and apply insecticide. The so-called treatments don't work and our problems got worse over the summer with the dry conditions.

We have a very large area near our front door where the grass is just completely dead. Another area is just chock full of all different kinds of weeds like daises.

Is there anything we can do over the winter to get this lawn under control, because we are afraid of being fined by our homeowners board. Also we got an estimate that sodding the .9 acre property would cost around $9,000.
We don't really know much about lawn care and delegate all of the responsibilities to our gardeners.

I'm in full agreement with jbradc69. We have lived in Florida and now live in West Texas. We had St. A. in both places and always use Scott's.

By the way, you can go over to Scott's website and sign up for hints. They will send you an email when you need to do something to your lawn during the year:
