landlord doing an inspection and says we can not be home.?..?
Got a 48 hr notice today that the management is going to do a routine pest prevention inspection. Old bldg, but I have never seen bugs. Says that we the tenants and our animals have to be out of the building for four hours. My roommate and I do not feel comfortable with them coming in our apartment without us here. I live in Oregon in Multnomah County. Are they aloud to do that?
It is an inspection. They have not said anything about spraying. Its checking to see if they need to spray. Actually I looked at the paper and it said pets need to be placed in cages. But I can not be home? I do not understand.
They are spraying. You will not survive it, you need to be out of there.
