Common Household Bugs

Strange household pest?

Recently I have been finding these bugs on my carpet and even one on my bed! They are rather ovalish, with small segments (not unlike a louse), grey in colour on top with a white stomach and small white legs. They also have two slightly long-ish fine black antennaes. I know they are not silverfish or carpet beetles. It is creeping me out and I'm trying to find out what they are so that I can stop this infestation. I don't know if it's common to Australia but I found some in my friend's bathroom floor as well. I was wondering if anyone in Sydney has seen these bugs and know what they are. Many thanks!

Could it be a Sow bug?
