Where can I find a cleaning service that cleans up dog/vermin droppings a former tenant left in the apartment?
I am a landlord and had a nasty tenant. They brought in a hamster, left his carcass(i think intentionally), and also their droppings ,all over my apartment. I need a company to come and clean it up along with cleaning the bathroom and living room. I would like to rent this soon, but I can't stand to touch that thing. I live in NYC, preferably, Queens. Where do i go to look for a company that supplies those services? Seriously, can anyone help me?
Put an ad on Craigslist that you will pay cash and you'll have E-mails with people willing to do it within an hour...I've done it in the past and paid $15 an hour and had them use all their own supplies.
