Linux users: Have you used either Ratpoison or EvilWM? If so, what do you think of them?

Hi, not really, I think I have only heard of those 2 once and thats it.

The only separate window managers I have used r compiz, beryl, and compiz fusion after the beryl and compiz merger.

My favorite desktop environment is kde and pretty soon I will switch to kde 4. I don't really like using separate window managers for desktop environments either cause they never integrate 100% and sacrifice stability.

I am using kde's default kwin with kde 3.5.9 and when I switch to kde 4 after openSUSE 11.0's release then it will kde 4 with kwin 4 :)
