15 year house, built on 24 concrete columns and I-beams, after 15 year , i have problem of small black ants?

Best thing to do is open a child care service in your house. As soon as all the parents are gone you break out the shiny ant stomping patent leather shoes and tell the kids to put them on. Then you put the ant stomp song on the stereo. and there you go.
