Does Riddex Plus really work to kill roaches?

I saw a commercial on TV about using Riddex Plus to kill roaches, rats, and mice around the house but still being safe for other pets like cats and dogs. Has anyone tried it? And is it really effective in killing roaches? Will it be safe around my dog? Thanks for the help..

BTW: It's not Riddex (the septic system thing). This is a digital pest repeller.

The only way to kill roaches permanently is to have an exterminator come and fog the whole house.

If it is an apartment, holes will need to be cut in the walls so the fog can penetrate. Generally with apartments, the whole building must be done for them to not come back.

This is the only way to get rid of them for good.

You will need to remove the dogs for 4 hours as well as yourself. If you have an infant it may be 48 hours since their lungs are more sensitive.
