HOW CAN I MAKE A CD/DVD SO THAT AFTER WRITING, NO 1 CAN PEST THE CONTENT OR NOT COPY THAT CR/DVD??ONLY CAN USE?
Short answer: You can't.
More detail: If it can be played on a DVD player, you might find some funky way to protect it from getting ripped, but it is always possible to just use the analog video and audio feed and transfer that back into a computer for editing and posting.
